1°day - Scapoli: visit at the Italian bagpipe center. Packed lunch at San Michele a Foce or in a conventional…. Agriturismo. After lunch we visit the medieval village castel San Vincenzo and the nearby archeological site at San Vincenzo al Volturno.
2° day. In the morning we relax in and around Il Rifugio del Brigante. In the afternoon hike on the ancient samnite path from Collemacchia to Mennella.
3° day Pizzone- visitors center of the abbruzzese bear. Hike to le forme, pocked lunch. Visit at the medieval village Rocchetta Alta.

1° day visit at the castle Pandone and lunch at “Dimora del Prete” Venafro visit at the naturalistic oasis “Le Mortine”
2° day Rocchetta: Visit at the source of the river Volturno, where it’s possible to bathe. Then we go to the medieval village monteroduni to visit the castle “Pignatelli”
